Milwaukee expatriate Steve Burrows pulled off a stinging satire of the stupidity of contemporary Hollywood, coupled with an endearing look at the fast-fading virtues of old Milwaukee in his feature film debut.

Funny and surprisingly touching in spots, Chump Change enjoyed its local big-screen debut at the 2003 Milwaukee International Film Festival.

It's now available on DVD.
